Machine Introduction
1.The rubber shock absorber vulcanizer is an important equipment used in the production and manufacturing process of rubber shock absorbers.

Its main working principle is to induce the rubber to undergo vulcanization reaction under a certain time control by applying heat and pressure to the rubber material. Vulcanization can change the molecular structure of rubber, transforming it from the original linear structure to a mesh structure, thereby greatly improving the physical properties of rubber, such as strength, elasticity, wear resistance and aging resistance, so that the rubber shock absorber can better play the role of shock absorption and buffering.

2.From the structural point of view, it generally includes a heating system that can accurately provide and control the temperature required for vulcanization; a pressure system that can apply appropriate pressure to the rubber product in the mold; and a mold part, whose shape is customized according to the design specifications of the rubber shock absorber to shape a qualified product appearance; in addition, it is equipped with a control system for accurately setting and adjusting key parameters such as temperature, pressure, time, etc. during the vulcanization process to ensure the stability and reliability of the vulcanization quality.

3.There are many types of rubber shock absorber vulcanizers, such as the flat vulcanizer, which has a relatively simple structure and is suitable for the vulcanization of shock absorbers with a relatively regular shape; and the injection vulcanizer, which can more accurately inject rubber raw materials into the mold, has high production efficiency and product quality, and is especially suitable for the production of some rubber shock absorbers with complex structures and high precision requirements. Flat plate vulcanizer technical parameters

1. The electric heating tube of the electric heating flat plate vulcanizer is mainly used for heating the vulcanizer template. It is made of stainless steel tube or ordinary iron tube, and is divided into single-head and double-head tubes. In view of the high surface temperature of the tube when the product is in working state, and the requirements of thermal insulation and leakage current, the internal design uses high-temperature magnesium oxide powder and anti-oxidation heating wire. 2. The technical parameters of the flat plate vulcanizer electric heating pipe are mainly: the working voltage of the single-head heating pipe of the vulcanizer is 220 (V) or 380 (V), the power used is made according to the use temperature of the template, the common pipe diameters are 14mm, 16mm, 18mm, etc., the material can be selected from SUS304 seamless pipe, the vulcanization use condition is template heating, the surface is polished and blackened, the sealing is glass sealing, epoxy resin, glue, and the electrical performance is long-term insulation value greater than 50MΩ, leakage current is less than 0.5mA.

3. The main technical requirements of the flat plate vulcanizer: the use temperature is usually 180-200℃℃, the surface load of the conventional electric heating pipe is 3-7W/square centimeter, the surface temperature of the flat plate vulcanizer template is uniform, the template hole spacing is reasonably arranged, so that the temperature difference of the hot plate surface is controlled within the minimum range, and the convenience of installation and use of the electric heating pipe is considered, and the star connection method is generally adopted.

4. The flat plate vulcanizer electric heating pipe is an electric heating element specially designed for electric heating flat plate vulcanizer. The flat plate vulcanizer is the main vulcanizing equipment for rubber products. The temperature difference on the hot plate surface is the main performance indicator of the flat plate vulcanizer. There are two main reasons for the large temperature difference on the hot plate surface:
